Today, We went to one of our favorite hike in the hills. It is an easy hike of 8 miles with 1500ft elevation gain. To make it interesting we decided to increase our pace just a bit. It is quite interesting to see how the body and mind react when one variable changes. Its a tug of wat of sorts. But keep at it and the joy wakes up and greets you. Super deep conversations about 2026 and net net shaved off 15 minutes in total time. This is the best recorded time for us. We all want to get to our goals faster whether its career , financial or health. In my experience the only way you can progress faster is by increasing intensity “intelligently”. So we called 2026 the year of intensity for us.
